Really cute interaction between Tareq and Malaak here, translations:

Kaak (or a kaakeh) is a kind of rough bread that is hollow. You buy it off the street and the vendor stuffs it with spices and maybe some cheese for you (you can see him making the hole in it with his thumb here). This is usually my breakfast.
Elleh sayer: What's happening is ...
Lamba: lamp, lightbulb. Calling a person that actually means they're the contrary of bright.
Lek mwah: Not translateable, but do I really need to?
I get waspish too if I'm trying to focus and someone comes make noises next to me...
