Quick Food: Double chocolate brownies by Majnouna Quick Food: Double chocolate brownies by Majnouna
This is an amazingly easy brownie recipe, and you don't need an electric mixer :) It's also really light in texture, not the usual rock-dense stuff.
Original recipe from food.ninemsn.com.au/recipes/ic…

More recipes in my folder: Quick Food, Not Fast Food. Info on the book: Quick Food, Not Fast Food: the book! by Majnouna

THINK BEFORE YOU TYPE. Read the recipe and description in full and try to use your brain (+ google, wikipedia etc) before asking something dickish or lazy, or you'll be ignored.

Have tried it, turned out delicious! Thank you for sharing this recipe in such stylish form. It's actually a lot more attractive when drawn not just written down : )

thats a lot of butter!!!!!!
Have you tried making it with less butter?
Most recipes that ask for ridiculous amounts of Butter can handle having less.
Last lot brownies I found with too much butter came out greasy.
Id suggest dropping it down to 150 or even 100 grams, will bring out the chocolate taste more and will be better for you too!!

I don't have a problem with the amount of butter, given I'm not supposed to eat the whole lot. If you're uncomfortable with butter you can make your own changes or just avoid brownies.

Don't be silly. You're just repeating stuff you've been told. You sound rather young and inexperienced.

Thankyou I shall take that as a complement!!!!
And no I bake faaaaaaarrrr to much. I have a bake ware fetish........ I need a bigger cupboard.........
Butter is expensive here, and if you use too much your brownies make your fingers greasy.

Got a recipe for brownies off cadbury website once said to use 150g butter...... my brownies floated.... literally!!!
experimented, 80g was perfect amount for soft and crunchy!!!!!

Always experiment maybe your smarter that the person who originally wrote a recipe lol.

(and possibly a better typist gosh that was a few typos)
