Another Lebanese street food and party favorite, using that Basic Pizza Dough
again, though it can be made with plain flour (Personally I do like the fluffiness imparted by bread flour). The full-sized version is not usually served on a plate (it's not a pizza), rather we fold it in two, or roll it, and eat it on the go.IMPORTANT NOTE: To preserve my sanity, I no longer respond to comments if doing so serves no useful purpose.
