I only had lemon ice cream around the first time I tried this, and my word!! NUM!

You may wonder why this kind of recipe is presented as healthy food. The truth is, indulging no more than once a week in something made with REAL butter, sugar and cream will not harm you in any way (provided you're not diabetic of course). Having it every day or every other day, on the other hand, will, and if you're indulging daily in "sugar-free" and "fat-free" stuff, where natural sugar and fat are replaced with chemical imitations, then you're asking for a ticket to a cancer ward. Healthy eating doesn't mean denial of pleasure, it just means being sensible and disciplined, two qualities that are admittedly no longer taught in this instant gratification culture.
Fructose can be substituted in this recipe, just make sure to divide the amount by 2 as it's a lot more sweetening. Or if you like your chocolate intense, you can leave it out altogether.

Is there a way to keep it arm and melty so I can bring it to a picnic? Or is there nothing like that? Thanks! (If not, i can use strawberry glaze for dipping strawberries. It sounds weird, but it's tasty :3)

Bring a thermos of hot water and dip the jar in it? Mind you, if it's a warm day, it'll soften up quite a bit on its own once it's out of the fridge.

Ok, thanks! It probably be warm since it's nearly July in California. If we left it in the sun for five minutes, its would probably melt back down anyway :)I guess I should have thought of that, but I was worried there might be some food poisoning or something. That happens with some sweets. Anyway, thanks!

Yeah but remember there's cream in it, so don't let it get too hot for too long. I'd take it in a cooler, warm it up when you're ready to eat, and either return it to the cooler at once or just discard what's left of it at the end of the day.

By the way, I totally agree with your idea of healthy food... One dose ofaspartame is worst than 100 teaspoons of sugar! >~<

... By the way of the way, what kind of sugar do you usually use? Brown or white? :meow:

It was really tasty! I didn't expect it!
I only use brown when I want a crunchy texture, as it has different properties from the white and doesn't dissolve so well :) In this case I used white, but I might have used fructose if I had any at hand.
