This is a cake recipe I've been making since my childhood. It's easy, foolproof, and requires relatively few ingredients. Made with dark chocolate, it's rich and not too sweet, while milk chocolate can be substituted for an audience with a sweeter tooth (like a party of children). The proportion of ground nuts gives a particular texture that should make it possible to use wheat-free flour with better results than usual (but I haven't tried yet!)A couple of "rules":
1. Please don't request specific recipes. Unless you want to commission me, try google.
2. Refrain from posting provincial comments. There's nothing wrong, outlandish or unorthodox about any of the foods presented – it's YOU.
3. Do not say "it's the same as [other dish]" when they have only one ingredient in common. I have no tolerance for idiocy.
