Such a satisfying and easy soup! You can play with the spices, and if you like it smooth, blend the lentils before adding them in step 4. Personally I like texture in my soups so I leave them be. Lentils are a powerhouse as a rule, and they cook quicker than other pulses, they just need a lot of flavoring.

I'm sorry to say that this was not that tasty for me. The texture was weird, and it was strangely bland. A little extra salt helped with that, but the texture still kills this for me. Guess I'm gonna have to stick with the Chickpea Rosemary soup instead! That was much tastier.

I converted my sister to it as well. "But I don't like curry!" "Just taste this once, please!" - and that was it :) She also loved your guacamole recipe. Thank you for helping me build confidence in my meager cooking skills :D

la bande d'affamés que j'apelle mes amis ont tout devoré a une vitesse phenomenale.
On a aussi decouvert que si c'etait trop piquant ( pas toute la bande aime le piquant) c'etait aussi bon d'y ajouter un peu de lait coco ;)

Oui c'est toujours efficace! Il faut faire gaffe au curry que tu utilises, s'il est trop fort ça peut être trop piquant...

Heh dans mon groupe d'amis les opinions sont tres divers. Il y'en a plusieurs moi inclus qui sont d'avis que trop piquant n'existe pas tandis que d'autres aiment bien un peu de piquant mais pas trop. Souvent a fin d'accomoder tout les gouts on fait deux versions d'un plat, un peu piquant et tres piquants =P.
