I made this today and OMG couldn't believe how tasty it was! I used a tangy goat labneh (it's like Greek yoghurt) so it was extra flavorful but it'll be just as good, and possibly to the liking of more tastebuds, with the regular stuff. I expect you can use Philadelphia or the like, too, but there's a lot more fat in it and personally I'd find it too creamy and heavy.
