Oh man! This is another Lebanese family dish that you won't find in restaurants because it's not glamorous, but what that means is that the ingredients are really simple and cheap. And it's certainly delicious and filling! This is the only soup I liked as I was growing up, but I never would have thought of making here, if I hadn't received strange greens in my organic box yesterday that I was able to identify as chard.
