Another favorite, because the ingredients and seasoning can be varied based on what's in your fridge or what you feel like. I would just advise against using anything too overwhelming – for instance a chopped onion might be too much, unless it's a small white or spring onion chopped very finely.
Oh, and I mentioned sorting the lentils because the way we buy them here, it's necessary to do this. It may not be the case in other places. Doesn't hurt to check though!
