Quick food: Rocket-chevre pizza by Majnouna Quick food: Rocket-chevre pizza by Majnouna
More recipes in my folder: Quick Food, Not Fast Food. Info on the book: Quick Food, Not Fast Food: the book! by Majnouna

THINK BEFORE YOU TYPE. Read the recipe and description in full and try to use your brain (+ google, wikipedia etc) before asking something dickish or lazy, or you'll be ignored.

Another incredibly simple, but unusual and delicious pizza recipe to make with your Basic Pizza Dough. Don't be tempted to crank up the temperature on the onions! It has to be low and you need to let them be for 15 minutes (no need to stir more than every 5 mn). Otherwise they'll fry and become crispy, not melt-in-your-mouth sweet and caramelized.

In case you wonder:

Rocket=rocca=rucola=arugula

Fresh goat cheese = chèvre frais (NOT aged chevre. The fresh goat cheese is white throughout, like a softer feta. The aged one has a slight crust and is yellowish inside, looking more like brie)

I actually also saw all your other recipes and I really like that style of portraying a recipe, its refreshing ^^.

But I had to find a recipe that would be interesting for me to do, et voilà here it is :). Thanks.

Wicked! Does she cut out mini pizzas (rather than a large one sliced) for the occasion? That's what we do back home :D

No. She makes a sheet pizza and cuts small little bite sized squares for people to grab and eat as they please. It really good. Though, now that I think about it I think she adds tomato slices and spinach as a topping too.

this looks delicious and a nice change up from the typical tomato and pesto based pizzas.
