I have a huge backlog of recipes in various stages of completion
It's been a busy month and I haven't even managed to update my journal with happenings. But in the meanwhile, winter has returned!! So it's soup season again, and here's a really quick and healthy one. You can add a carrot to make it more sweet, or omit it altogether. A can of chopped tomatoes can be substituted for the fresh plum tomatoes.
