Hahaha, this is really funny! The egg is a delicacy in my country as well and it's really delicious for me. It's definitely not for everyone though and it can look pretty disgusting so I guess your reaction was understandable XD

If I'd been warned, I might have reacted with less shock

but I had never even conceived of eating eggs this way, so I was utterly confused and horrified to see a leg pop out of the egg!
